Running used to be my stress relief. I would run miles and miles a day until one day my body said no more. Devastated by the pain and forced calm down, I decided to give yoga a try. I began with a bikram yoga class and it was during my college days where I discovered yoga sculpt and immediately became hooked. The heat, loud music, and combination of hiit and yoga was everything I’ve always wanted in a group fitness class. Both the physical and mental benefits have been life changing, and it was then I knew I wanted this to be a part of my life forever.
