Contract Terms & Conditions
All services purchased from LXRYOGA require the applicant to first confirm that he or she has no physical conditions that would prevent safe participation. All participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants also agree to follow all studio rules and regulations and understand that these policies may be updated periodically. In addition, all participants release LXRYOGA—its owners, directors, managers, and employees—from any liability related to (1) injuries to themselves or their children and (2) any loss of or damage to personal belongings. For packages paid in installments, the applicant consents to having those installment payments charged to their credit card on the dates specified in the service agreement.
Registration & Purchase
To register or make a purchase through the LXRYOGA online booking system, you must be eighteen years of age or older. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration or at any time is accurate and complete.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not provide refunds on Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, workshops, trainings, or events. Expiration dates cannot be modified. All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Offers may change at any time without notice. The class schedule is also subject to change without notice; please refer to the online schedule for the most current information. LXRYOGA reserves the right to deny entry.
Merchandise/Retail: Exchange only - Unworn/unused with tags in original packaging can be exchanged for a different item.
