Every participant receives the following with their booking:

- Manduka mat rental

- Mat towel rental

- Essentia bottled water

- Complimentary drop-in to one heated yoga class (a $24 value). Members may use this as a guest pass.

We currently offer sessions during the following days and times:

Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM (last class begins at 1:00 PM)

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• Advance Booking: Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

• Short-Notice Bookings: Day-of or short-notice bookings are subject to availability.

• Final Sale: All sales are final and non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: A $50 rescheduling fee applies to changes made within 48 hours of the class start time.
