LXR VINYASA 1

 

60 minutes ▴ infrared heated ~90°-95°

Structured full-body flow with more focus on foundation, alignment, and fundamentals of each posture. With verbal cues, you will be fully guided through yoga postures and connection to breath, while experiencing the feel of a typical vinyasa class. Introduction to heat with a subtle temperature. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. All levels welcomed! Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

LXR VINYASA 2

 

60 minutes ▴ infrared heated ~95°-100°

Designed for you to discover new, different, and challenging ways to expand your practice. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance. Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; this class brings a well-balanced flow that will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. You will be moving mindfully but powerfully. All levels welcomed! Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

LXR SCULPT

 

60 minutes ▴ infrared heated ~95°-100°

A perfect blend of vinyasa flow for warm up, weight training incorporated with yoga poses, and light cardio to get the best of all worlds. Ideal for you to shift your focus more on strength, this class empowers you to focus on muscles that are not typically worked on in traditional yoga, therefore will strengthen your everyday practice. This class will be led with an upbeat playlist to push your physical and mental strength. Expect a good sweat so your body gets the detox it needs to flush out the toxins from your body. You will leave class ready to take on whatever life has to throw at you. All levels welcomed, but having a background of basic yoga poses is recommended. Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

LXR MAT PILATES

 

60 minutes ▴ infrared heated ~95°-100°


 

Strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your entire body in this infrared-heated mat pilates class. Using controlled, intentional movements, you’ll activate deep core muscles, improve posture, and build balanced strength from head to toe. Props provided: ball, resistance band, blocks, weights, and a pilates ring to add variety, intensity, and support throughout class. Ankle weights are recommended—you’re welcome to bring your own or rent a pair at the studio. Perfect for all levels looking to enhance mobility, core strength, and mindful movement.
