Structured full-body flow with more focus on foundation, alignment, and fundamentals of each posture. With verbal cues, you will be fully guided through yoga postures and connection to breath, while experiencing the feel of a typical vinyasa class. Introduction to heat with a subtle temperature. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. All levels welcomed! Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

Designed for you to discover new, different, and challenging ways to expand your practice. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance. Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; this class brings a well-balanced flow that will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. You will be moving mindfully but powerfully. All levels welcomed! Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

A perfect blend of vinyasa flow for warm up, weight training incorporated with yoga poses, and light cardio to get the best of all worlds. Ideal for you to shift your focus more on strength, this class empowers you to focus on muscles that are not typically worked on in traditional yoga, therefore will strengthen your everyday practice. This class will be led with an upbeat playlist to push your physical and mental strength. Expect a good sweat so your body gets the detox it needs to flush out the toxins from your body. You will leave class ready to take on whatever life has to throw at you. All levels welcomed, but having a background of basic yoga poses is recommended. Teachers will give options to either modify or up-level.

East coast yoga meets the West coast.

The yoga practice which encompasses mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, and balance - merges with the techniques of Pilates to improve your posture and create a strong, stable core foundation for movement.

Through Yogalates, you will incorporate a Pilates ring into your workout to stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups while learning to breathe functionally and with ease. This class is made for students of all levels! In this class you have the option to work within your own skill sets and still push your limits. With a Pilates ring you can either increase or decrease the load and effort of the workout to suit how your body is feeling that day.

LXR Inferno Yogalates is a class where you will push and stretch your body, while opening up your mind all at the same time.

This gentle combination class will guide you through body-opening poses, loosen up tension, and relieve stress. LXR Restore targets the body’s connective tissues as poses are held for extended periods of time. Unlike our Vinyasa 1 and Vinyasa 2 practice, this slow-paced class will create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, and tendons. This class will complement your vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in your body in need of additional stretching.
