Beth found yoga 7 years ago in a small studio in San Francisco. She was immediately intrigued and inspired to learn more but didn’t make her practice a priority. Years later she was drawn back to yoga after undergoing some of life’s struggles and it wasn’t until she took a heated sculpt class where she experienced Savasana unlike ever before. In that moment, her anxiety and stressors vanished as she peacefully looked within. From that day on she knew she found her calling and wanted to help people release hidden traumas or pain. Beth’s goal is to make people more aware of their minds, bodies and souls on and off their mat. She challenges her students to dive deeper into their practice to be able to solve real life problems more effectively. She strives to create a fun, connected & motivating environment to find true inner strength.
