Rachael has been in love with movement, exploration of the body, and self care for over 18 years. Her journey with exercise roots back to her childhood where she dedicated hours to dance because of her extreme passion and feeling of individualism she received from it. She has trained in various styles throughout her life including ballet, point, hip hop, jazz, heels, and contemporary. She has studied at the Joffrey Ballet in New York City, danced competitively, and is now pursuing professional dance in Los Angeles. She fell in love with yoga 7 years ago when she was recommended to start practicing yoga to strengthen her dance training. Ever since then she deepened her practice and has found one of her greatest passions in teaching.
