Jane first came to yoga seeking the physical challenge of a dynamic practice, and discovering what amazing things her body could do sparked a curiosity to delve further into the practice. As she learned to make the mind-body connection, her practice shifted, evolving inward- to reach the mind and soul. Jane came to appreciate the depth that yoga offers beyond the asanas, and yoga became a lifestyle and passion.

Whether it’s finding freedom in movement through dynamic flows, or reaching a deep state of peace through stillness, She's passionate about helping others feel radiant. She specializes in the styles of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Her approach is versatile, free-spirited, and down to earth. With an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindfulness, her intention is to help students cultivate a greater sense of awareness and connect to their bliss.
